Which Antivirus package do you use?
Did you disable your antivirus as instructed by the installation wizard?
In a case in which the user is unable to remove fingerprints via the Enrollment Wizard, it may be necessary to perform a manual removal of fingerprints. Please refer to the following article for this process: MANUAL

If you are running into errors while enrolling
your fingerprints, it is recommended that you completely clear out
fingerprints for both Windows Login and Preboot Authentication using
the steps on the following article: MANUAL

After wiping all fingerprints enrolled, please try enrolling again.

Individual components of EMBASSY Trust Suite can be uninstalled using Add/Remove Programs. The options are different depending on the version that you have installed. You should have one of the two options listed below:
Modify: Select new program features to add or select currently installed features to remove
Individually configure my application for repair or removal
By selecting the applicable option above, you will be provided with the option to select individual components to uninstall.
